What you will need:

• Ice
• Elderflower cordial
• Prosecco
• Cape Botanicals No3
• Edible flowers

Method:

Give an Aperol Spritz a twist (or two) by introducing elderflower cordial. Fill a glass with ice, elderflower cordial, Prosecco and Cape Botanicals No3 for a botanical inspired spritz.

Garnish with edible flowers.
